Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) can show almost any part of the body. Using a magnetic field, this noninvasive modality is able to display soft tissue structures, bones, disease, muscle tears, herniated discs, and more. Our magnet is proficient in accommodating more types of patients, including claustrophobic and obese individuals, due to it's larger diameter opening. Most exams will take up to 30 minutes to complete.
Digital X-ray

As an X-ray passes through the body, images appear in shades of black and white depending on the type of tissue. Some of the most common uses for X-rays include determination of bone fractures and disease of the chest such as pneumonia or asthma. This modality is also helpful in showing any metal that may be in the body. It can confirm stable placement of post surgery metals.

A Cat Scan also known as Computed Tomography (CT), uses a combination of X-rays to show images of the inside of the body. A CT is fast, noninvasive and can be completed within 5 to 25 minutes depending on the type of exam ordered by your physician. The CT machine is a donut-shaped machine with a short tunnel in the center which is particularly supportive of claustrophobic patients.
